How to book

  • In person
    Visit the Riverlinks Box Office between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday or 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Saturday. The Riverlinks Box Office is also open at WestSide PAC and the Eastbank Centre 45 minutes prior to a performance.

Ticket reminder service

If you have a particular interest in one of the many events taking place during the Shepparton Arts Festival please let us know. One of our staff will contact you when tickets become available for the event.

Please note: This service is being provided as an aid to help you organise tickets as soon as they become available. By submitting your details to this service you are NOT reserving tickets.

 

Customer information

Concessions —
Pensioners, seniors card holders, unemployed and students all qualify for reduced ticket prices.Just present your card to receive the discount when you book your tickets.

GST

Ticket prices include GST where applicable. Ticket selling fees are included unless stated.

Ticket exchanges

There is no refund on tickets. However, Friends of the Festival only may exchange tickets to another performance date by returning their tickets at least 48 hours prior to the performance booked (subject to availability).

Access all abilities

The Festival aims to cater for and support the Companion Card program. Wheelchair access is available at Westside PAC and Eastbank (Row A only), and at most of the Festival venues. Please contact the Box Office to discuss specific needs and ensure that you make the staff aware of your requirements when you book your tickets.
