2010 SheppARTon Festival: Inspired
in Partenership with the University of Melbourne
The 2010 SheppARTon Festival again presents a smorgasbord of cultural and artistic experiences to entertain and excite you over the first two weeks of March. This is our fourteenth Festival and now a well established and a highly anticipated community event. This year the Festival seeks to define the rich and diverse community of the Goulburn Valley by showcasing local and national artists. The 2010 Festival theme ‘Inspired’ celebrates our independent and culturally tolerant society and the creative ingenuity of negotiating and prospering in challenging times.
This is exemplified by the diversity of the program, presenting a spectacular myriad of events including visual, performance, music, poetry, film, literature, multicultural and culinary events.
Most events are free entry and ticketed performances are reasonably priced to bring an accessible cultural feast to the Goulburn Valley.
Get involved and keep an eye out for the upcoming 2010 Program towards the end of this year; the Festival offers an 'inspiring' experience to every taste.
We again thank our supported for generously assisting with the presentation of the ShppARTon Festival, you Festival
